Our Wedding Design and Planning Training
We understand that your wedding is one of the most important days in your life and you therefore need to know that it is in the hands of someone who you can trust. We believe in professionalism within the wedding planning industry and place importance on training within our field. Our Wedding Planners have trained with and are Associate Members of the UK Alliance of Wedding Planners (UKAWP) and adhere to their code of ethics:
- Respond to enquiries within 48 hours
- Respect client confidentiality
- Disclose all suppliers that we have a vested interest in
- Always pass discounts and/or commission onto our clients
- Ensure our Public Liability Insurance is up to date
- Never give client details to any third party unless for the sole purpose of the wedding
- Respect copyright of all planners, coordinators and related suppliers
- Represent each client fairly and honestly
